Apple Releases macOS Sierra Beta Update for Developers

The update includes new Unicode 9 characters and several other minor updates.

Apple has released the fourth Developer update to macOS Sierra (10.12.2). The update is available through the Apple Developer Center or directly via the built-in updates system from the Mac App Store. Although initially released for developers exclusively, public testers can now also download the update.

Aside from minor performance enhancements and issue fixes, the update now includes new emoji characters as well as a complete overhaul of the visual style of the emoji. The icons now look less animated and are aiming for a more accurate and realistic style.
